If for any reason payment of benefits to an individual under this Plan exceeds the amount of benefits that should have been provided, the Trustees are entitled to take any and all actions necessary and appropriate to recover the over-payment. This may include, but it is not limited to, withholding of future benefits or requiring the individual to repay the overpaid benefits.
