Welcome to the healthcare provider portal!

This portal is exclusively for healthcare providers to check the status of paid and pending claims for our members/your patients.

In order to check the status of your claims for one or more of our members, you will need to first create an account.

In setting-up your account you will need:

  • Your Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Your National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • A valid email address

Once you have created your online account, you will need our member’s OE ID number that can be found on their insurance ID card.

Submit paper claims to:

Medical & Hospital Claims (other than California Providers)
Submit to your local Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan

Medical & Hospital Claims for Medicare Primary Members

There is no need to send paper claims to the Fund Office for Medicare covered services. The Fund Office will receive Medicare primary claims and the Medicare explanation of benefits (EOMB) directly from Medicare via Medicare Crossover.

Important:  Dental claims and predeterminations are received and processed faster by the Fund Office when they are submitted electronically.
